Make pipeline.py stable for sessions without func data #26

Right now it gives an error in nipype because it can't check for corrupt volumes because there are no fMRI volumes to check in some session instances.

One workaround when it is known there is no func data is to use the --disable-workaround option to avoid that part of the pipeline.py script.
