Update 01_defacing #2

Made a registration method for defacing non-T1w data.

HEADS UP: It still needs the t1_mask defined in the registration method.

@ericearl - I'll modify the script to include t1_mask. I've added a couple minor comments but I chose "request changes" instead of "comment" before finishing my review.
