Changes made:
split
01_defacing_algorithm_cmds_prep.py
into two separate scripts. One for
defacing prep
and the other for
registration and masking prep
.
removing outdated scripts and files
To do:
[ ] Test workflow
[ ] Modify defacing script to accept additional @afni_refacer_run options
[ ] Update README
[ ] beta testing by DSST folks possibly
