Script to:

Copy over non-anat subdirectories from original to defaced BIDS tree
Copy over modality agnostic top-level files from original to defaced BIDS tree
Remove fields within JSON sidecars with identifying information like AcquisitionDateTime (from anat and non-anat subdirectories)
Remove defacing_pipeline.log files

The script has been tested on the DTI_Phenotyping dataset.
