Option to use all scans as primary for subject without a T1w instead of skipping over them #8

@dmoracze @Arshitha @agt24 Is this the one where we were suggesting just running all the non-T1w scans when a T1w scan was not present? Or is this something else?

Yep.

Right now code just skips over that subject but instead we talked about using all images in the anat directory as a "primary" if there is no T1w.
