Investigate missing macro block justification #2626

The attached logs show validator 5 getting a MacroBlock #300:MA which has no justification. Looking a bit more reveals the gossip comes from 12D3KooWPiTK5vRWY5qTYJu4nhsRTWeGKM1ZL8bc2phsXfb33AHG which is the light node of the setup.

Attached are only the validators log and the light client, as the logs otherwise are too big. I do still have them archived in case they are necessary. Archive.zip
