Update Hub to support new native USDC default, swaps and resigning

Includes three commits, one for each of Keyguard's native USDC PRs:

• https://github.com/nimiq/keyguard/pull/488 - uses the existing SignPolygonTransaction request type, no code changes necessary
• https://github.com/nimiq/keyguard/pull/490 - Update swap asset to USDC_MATIC, change request to use permit instead of approval, still allow bridged USDC to be used for swap refunds
• https://github.com/nimiq/keyguard/pull/491 - Forward required fields for resigning USDC redeem transactions via the existing SignPolygonTransaction flow.
