[^1]: int.is_integer is since 3.12 [^h]: see C/C++ <stdlib.h> strtod and sprintf( "%a" ) ^a ; may take usage of float bin/oct/hex lit? e.g. 0x4740a47aefec5349'f64 is 1.7282561e+35
