UI Dark theme color scheme #5

Describe the bug When using a dark theme for the client messages provided by Watcher plugin in chat are hard to read.

To Reproduce (or what you did that caused the bug) Steps to reproduce the behavior: Apply a DarkTheme

Posible fix Add color setting to config file

I'm definitely going to add this. I hope I can work on this this weekend but I'm not sure. I'm going to inform you when I'm finished.
