Violation of continuity constraint #2

There is, quite often (often enough for it to induce some unnecessary effort and time-loss) this continuity constraint violation issue in DeepMoMA. See 20210126_Pos4_GL16_continuity_constraint and 20210126_Pos4_GL19_continuity_constraint

I observed that, in the temporary version of Legacy MoMA you pushed in January 2021, that doesn't performr the background subtraction, there are also those issue, although in the original Legacy MoMA this never happens. Maybe there are some informations to be gained from that.

This is solved in the newest development version.
