EZ Flash Junior - Which firmware to flash? #2

For the RTC you direct link a firmware from EZ Flash China of the version:

FW5_2021-9-18.gb - Date Modified 09/09/2021

However, there is another firmware file available here: https://www.ezflashomega.com/pages/EZ-Flash-Junior-Downloads.html

FW5_7-31.gb - Date Modified 30/07/2020

Which is the correct one to flash? It says in the link above that the FW5_7-31.gb firmware is meant to be compatible with the Analogue Pocket. Where does your firmware file come from? What makes it better?

After looking around, it seems the one you linked is the newest firmware. However, I cancelled my order of the EZ Flash Junior. So I don't need this information anymore.
