Where is the file 'helpers'? #13

According to imports in each files, they all show that 'from helpers import xxx', but there is no file named 'helpers' in this project. Is it a .py file? Can you upload it? pls

I find searcher of torrent all have this content, maybe i'm just not understand how to use it.... Sorry for bother you
