zpoll functionality #5

This pull request add bindings for zpoll and subscribe/unsubscribe socket options.

Thanks for the PR! I will be on vacation for the next three weeks by Thursday. Not sure when I will be able to merge it.

If you want to move on with other features, please feel free to simply add them to this PR and I will detangle them later on. Is this okay for you?

FYI, I just finished upgrading to Zig 0.13 and will be merging this PR into the new version, later this week.
