Update RabbitMQ specific packages #963

My guess is that these changes will not work out of the box and I will need assistance from @essen

amqp_client moved from its own repository to this location:

In changes I am about to push I have removed these completely. Instead people should use the packages we publish to hex.pm which work fine.
