LFE files from dependencies are not compiled #3

In particular, modules clj and cl from LFE itself are not compiled, as they are written in LFE.

Right the dependency must use the LFE plugin also. Or, if autopatched, autopatch should enable this plugin (if the top-level Makefile enabled it).
