Module does not install #2

Because of this weekend's Squashathon, a ticket for this module was created.

Trying to install this module fails (after succesfully installing panda by the way) with: ===> Testing: CompUnit::Repository::Panda:ver<0.1>:auth Failed to change the working directory to '/Users/liz/rakudo': does not exist in block at t/autoinstall.t line 22

Since there was no easy fix visible, to me at least, you're getting this issue instead of a PR. Also, since this module is related to panda, and panda is not really a thing anymore, maybe this module should be just removed from the ecosystem?

Oh my, what was I thinking when writing that test? Well, the module is of no use as it is. However it has always been more of a proof of concept or a demonstration of what's possible with the repository chain. It may still serve as such.

So, keep it on github, but remove from the ecosystem ?
