Include

• [ ] Name of app
• [ ] First name, last name, which links to profile
• [ ] OR login button if not authenticated
• [ ] Links to all host listings

the navbar should be visible on all pages

Apart from the auth pages, include some padding on the side for every page so it looks nicer
