Make extracting protected mods opt in by adding an option for it. #26

The tool can repair most mistakes in rtons and the obb, but this could make you lose data. Therefore this system should be made opt in to provide the least problems. This should also make mods less vulnerable to thieves.

[x] disable by default
[x] add an option to re-enable it
