Refactor feed #87

Issue #72 you can try to do something like this.

This still is not ideal solution due to the complexity of switch statement, but it may stay like this for the moment. Later we may have look at it as I believe you are trying to do one too many things which may be loosely marked as feed item related

Basically move all the methods into a "factory" (like you said)?
