Can not read version 2 .inibin files - (AKA Missing champion/skins) #1

The 'version one' section of .inibin files contains skl/skn/dds mappings for 
models.  For champions, this section only has data for skins one through five.

It is assumed the data for skins six and up are contained in the 'version two' 
section.
