Saving issues using encoding conversion. #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set es_AR to UTF-8 enconding 
2. Set pt_BR to UTF-8 enconding
3. Edit en_US with Localized properties editor.
4. Change a value from es_AR or pt_BR locale and save Localized properties 
editor.

The file will be saved with unescape chars and on next opening will be broke

It was reported by Omar, and I'm working on this.
I believe that will be resolved on next version.
