Localization issue with UTF-8 files #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a UTF-8 encoded property file. (usually spanish, jap, french).
2. Insert a new key. key.foo = Español
3. Save it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Must see Español.
I see a corrupt String or wrongly encoded

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.0
win XP sp2

Ahora obtiene el filetype del archivo, así que toma el tipo declarado en el 
entorno.
No realiza ninguna conversion.
