Wizard return invalid filename, without country infomation #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Localized Properties Wizard
2.Clean country information
3.Select "Modify Defaults" checkbox
4.Select first option of wilcardpath
5.The filepath shows an invalid underscore 

The underscore must to be avoided because has closed between brakets

I think that is a problem that already exist

Also this problem exist when the file is created
