I can't add words to Anki through Ankiconnect. It's flickering :(( #220

please list your OS and browser version.

also please show me your extension option-service page. except connected to ankiconnect, the template field also need to be mapped.

Hi @ninja33, sorry for late respone. For your question:

My OS version is 10.15.4 and chrome version is Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (x86_64).
About template field, it was mapped.

Besides, the diagnosis include:

Don't show button + to add words to anki (even I open anki simultaneously)
Sometime, the button've appeared, but when I clicked, the button show x and not add to anki

I have the same problem. Every time I successfully added a word, the next time the + button is gray and I need to check extension options again. 就是说这次正常添加了，下一个单词想添加的时候会变灰，需要打开插件设置，什么都不动，再回到单词页面重新查一下弹窗的+号才能变绿
