H2 DB & javax.persistence dependencies moved to provided scope so downstream projects do not need to manually exclude it (if they are using another vendor)
ebean.models accepts packages -- simply add a ".*" at the end of the package name to differentiate it from a single classname
Factory method to create ebean server in NinjaEbeanServerLifecycle to allow subclasses to override config.

hey @raphaelbauer I'm guessing ebean isn't used much based on release dates and I'm just wondering if I should possibly fork. Thx.

Lots of good stuff. Just releasing everything with version 1.5.0 to maven central....
