travis is enabled by .travis.yml does not exist, resulting in an error

I realize. I need to set up travis for this project. When I get some time, I'll fix the entire lib and you won't even recognize it, it will be superior to any rating plugin that ever existed. Thanks.

@cameronroe npm start doesn't do anything for me, so i'm going to delegate this to you
