Add Some Monster Statistics to Monster Health Tracker #26

These are applicable when a monster takes damage, so it will be useful to have them in the eyeline of players when they apply this damage in the app.

Along with this, I think it's a good idea to show all of a monster's base statistics. This could maybe be integrated at the end of their Name & Number bar to save space, since there's generally a bunch of white-space in there anyway. We still need to have the monster stat cards on the table to get this info.
