Swank Wiki #102

Hi Justin, Please add the line "4. run cake kill (if you already tried to start cake swank in this project)" to the Swank Wiki. I have missed this command everytime I install cake in a new computer.

Good point. You should be able to add it yourself since it's a wiki, right?

Oh sorry, I didn't see the edit page buttton before, probably because I wasn't logged in (as I was in a new computer). I've added it myself to the wiki now. All best, Ricardo
