Add the possiblity to set action container html tag through settings #135

I'm using the table lay-out and there is no easy way to add the buttons to a without creating that template part manually. So i added the possiblity to change the tag through the settings with a default value 'div'.

Would it be possible to merge this request, or if you need me to change something about it just let me know.
