Not an issue with format, image loading, image size (floating point accuracy?), 
or size ratio.

Solved: art-assets issue. Image NEEDS to be a power of 2 and around 256 or 512. 
Consider splitting different colors to different files; for now, JUST update 
the light skined one for debugging sake. the same needs to be done to ALL 
tools, armors, etc.
