Implement camera layering - unlit areas are still meant to be dark

Still to do:

1. Animate camera changing layer
2. Allow foliage one block above
3. Shadow-off / darken borders
4. Allow user to zoom (camera control)
5. Move camera into the geometry limit (so we don't "float" in space..)

Tried multiple methods, and multiple outputs; desired effect not yet reached.

Closing; won't implement the last little features, the min-map will show the 
nearest geometry
