Implemented an "explored" state, so that caves and tunnels aren't visible #32

We can do this either by adding a new byte of data to each cube, OR only render 
deeper levels once reached by a dwarf (though rendering new chunks could halt 
the system; may need to use threads, which will introduce a big code change)
