Create a build system for windows, osx, and linux #5

Need to do what I already did in http://code.google.com/p/glui2 as it has all 
three's build systems ready to go (not install systems, that is still unknown)

Windows version builds, but does not execute at run time (crashes when using 
OpenGL 1.3 features; consider using GLEW?)
