Need a dwarf selection screen system

Should be a panel-menu on the right side of the screen; looking like the 
designations menu, listing all dwarfs. Possible issues: what if the dwarfs are 
hidden? We can use a scroll to scroll through.

The user can either select a dwarf (left-click dwarf) or look at all dwarfs in 
the colony menu. From the colony menu, you can select individual dwarfs (and 
focus on them in terms of game camera). Then, you can select individual dwarfs 
to read up on. This menu should contain their info (age, health, etc..)

Initial version is done, need future controls like job preference, etc.
