Art - Need designation icons (for tiles and text) #99

For each designation (see the design doc or this source file: " 
http://code.google.com/p/dwarfcraft/source/browse/Dwarfcraft/Designations.h " 
under "DesignationNames") we need an icon that is used in the on-screen label 
used to identify it, as well as an icon on the ground itself. The icon on the 
ground should be a simple single-color transparent texture that will flash 
slowly in-game ontop of all affected volumes.
