Create invoice table/db structure. #12

T_INVOICE, with the latex file (empty) + latex file (filled in). Think about what else is needed.

This is an entire application on it's own. Currently looking at using InvoiceNinja on a FreeBSD jail as a possible solution.

Put this on hold. Use invoiceNinja meanwhile.
