Lower log levels on logs from framework #83

All of the logging done from the framework is on the INFO level, which makes it 
harder to read your own log lines as they come in. I think that a framework 
should do as little logging as possible on INFO, but use DEBUG instead, and 
only use INFO/WARN/ERROR when appropriate.

Perhaps even TRACE would be appropriate for some calls.
