I want the block to try to reconnect forever #31

Instead of going into error, I want the block to continue to try to poll but just at a slower rate:

[2016-01-26 06:31:19.176] NIO [ERROR] [Instagram.Insta] Out of retries. Aborting and changing status to Error.
