Add time and space estimates in acquisition panels #165

This is a regression. See email from XY.

Currently the problem is there is no way to configure an acquisition into an object and then query that object for the time/space estimates. This may require declarative to be finished or rethinking.

We found it can't show the estimated time when we set the SI acquiring parameters. Can you have a check? Thanks!
