Dragging 1d version of EELS data into panel doesn't automatically show acquisition control bar #188

There is an inconsistency in how the EELS live view of the spectrum works vs the other live views.

Actual behaviour: the display panel doesn't show the current spectrum for EELS "live" to have a green border, it instead shows a grey border in the display panel.

Expected behaviour: The display panel for the EELS spectrum should have a green border to indicate that is a live view.
