This change adds the possibility to acquire somewhat realistic 3D and 4D datasets with the ronchigram camera because it uses the "live_probe_position" to shift the ronchigram. I also added some new controls that are needed for the 4d tuning algorithm to run. With this version it is possible to bench-test 4d tuning with the simulator.
