Allow raster displays to show optional layers (coordinate system, masks, etc.) #1026

Again, just a placeholder - but the loose idea is that we might want to add the possibility of having information layers/adornments that can be toggled on/off: a grid showing the coordinate system, different mask layers (4d STEM), color bar, scale marker, etc.
