Duplicate '?' phases revisited... #250

This is meant as a note to myself about the PR that I just merged on duplicate '?' phases (#243). Something apparently seems to have slightly changed with the test datasets(?) that is now causing this test to fail on other machines, even though it worked both on my machine and the CI.

I'll revisit it when I get a chance.

Closing, as this is actually a nonissue and due to a version mismatch.
