I ended up asking on the search console help forum.

I'm wondering whether the "//" is at fault. See 811ff5b for details on that idea and a possible fix.

Google has a good SEO Starter Guide - give it a read.

Value-basedc classes got a bit better (now appends " - CodeFX.org"), but generally speaking, it's still a problem. E.g.:
