Arbitrary subdomains do not forward to main site #88

Subdomains like https://foobar.nipafx.dev should forward to https://nipafx.dev.

According to Alfahosting (I don't know whether this applies more broadly), catch-all domains can't use https, so while the forward is there (c.f. http://foobar.nipafx.dev), it somehow doesn't work with https. Since this isn't very important, I'll just leave it be.
