Original shooting range difficulty #371

Would it be possible to restore the original shooting range point values? Originally you have to get 3000 points for a bottle cap, but they changed it to only 1000, so you can easily get all bottle caps in only 2 to 3 games per location. I really liked that it was a skill-building minigame where you have to actually try to improve in order to consistently get a bottle cap each time. They also changed the sound effects so you only get laughed at if you get below 1000 (you pretty much have to not play at all, or hit Ashley a bunch), and the YAAAHHHHH will happen at 1000 instead of 3000 (because you get a prize for every 1000 now). Weird note, but the laughing was a big part of the experience trying to get all the bottle caps. It was almost creepy, like who are these otherworldly audience members? (I know I know, it's just a funny aural element lol)

The tougher shooting range is part of a set of difficulty adjustments https://github.com/nipkownix/re4_tweaks/pull/369 that were exclusive to the NTSC console versions of the game. Here's a recent build that adds support for enabling those tweaks, including the higher shooting gallery score requirements, if you'd like to help test it out: dinput8.zip

You can use the re4_tweaks trainer to warp directly to room 22c via the debug tools tab.
