I was prompted again to patch BIO4.exe with a 4gb patch a couple days after I stopped playing. I assume this could be due to BIO4.exe being flagged as malware.heuristic.1001 by malwarebytes and perhaps behind removed?

It's possible, there was also a game update on Steam a few days ago which might have replaced your EXE too, see if it happens again I guess.

@emoose I'm having some massive slowdowns (since I tried v1.9 today; probably unrelated). I think it may be to do with the 4GB patch needing re-applied. How do I do that again? RE4HD v1.1 and tweaks v1.9 are already installed.
