I was still using version 1.8, then a message appeared when I opened the game (bio4) that the message said that there was a new update, I tried to update through the menu and there was an error, so I went to github (about 2 and a half hours ago) that had released the update) I went and downloaded it when I put it on mine (bio4) my game was all stuck and then I configured it because it's normal since I don't have such a good pc, but after I configured it I restarted the game and it didn't save the settings, I went and closed the game and removed the files and started the game again without any (tweak) and even so my game was in slow motion at first I thought it was the vsync because when it is active my fps does not exceed 45 and it keeps dropping to 20 so that even after messing with the video settings (nvidia panel) and disabling vsync it still has slow motion
