When I launch the game, I see the little banner in the top-left about pressing F1 to open settings configurations, but pressing F1 does not open it for me. I even went into the dinput8.ini file to change the key bind for opening the settings, but no matter what, it does not work. The other big issue I have is that when I aim in, I can’t move the camera at all. The camera movement works when free-looking but as soon as I aim in, I am locked in position and the camera won’t move at all (neither vertically nor horizontally) . I thought it was just on mouse, but when I tried with controller as well, the issue was still there. Because of this I can’t play the game because I am unable to aim properly. I tried a fresh install three times of both the game and the HD project but the issue persists. I followed the exact instructions on this website each time but the issue persists.
