Hi. I'm not too sure about how to describe this.

A lot of sound effects are heard only on the left side. I think this has been adressed before https://github.com/nipkownix/re4_tweaks/issues/300

But if you listen closely and pay attention you can hear them on both sides for like a milisecond, and then just the left side.

I never have this issue with wireless headphones, only with cable-devices (???)

Hi I'm just a noob, but I just wanted to say that most wireless audio devices, (even if they come in a pair, like earbuds, etc.), are mono. Typically the left once bounces the signal to the right one.

I'm using an AKG Y500, I've tested it and it's stereo.

Try this. Go to Sound settings in Windows Control Panel, right click on the sound device you are using, then Properties. A new window will appear where you navigate to the 'Spatial Sound' tab, and choose 'Windows Sonic for Headphones'. This helped me correct the issue with mono sounds in RE4.
